Paul Henning

President & Founder

Paul is the President and founder of Conference & Logistics Consultants, Inc.

Paul has an extensive background and contacts in the hospitality industry, including eleven years of Hotel and Restaurant operations and development experience. Paul has also worked for national chains such as Hilton, Hyatt and Holiday Inn, as well as private venture groups.

Henning’s excellent reputation in the industry is a catalyst for a significant number of speaking engagements and industry panels, as well as participation in international forums influencing future trends. Henning speaks to corporate audiences, association audiences, and hospitality industry focus groups. One of the highlights of these includes the International Conference & Congress Association (ICCA) in Glasgow, Scotland. Other seminars include “Conference Planning Skills” and “Non-Threatening Sales Techniques.”

Henning is frequently invited to contribute to national publications. His interviews and articles have been seen in such periodicals as The Meeting Professional, Nation’s Business Magazine (National Chamber of Commerce), U.S. Airways Magazine, Corporate Meetings and Incentives, and other reputable business journals. Henning is a graduate of Wake Forest University and an avid sailor.

Janeé Pelletier, M.B.A., CMP, DES

Chief Operating Officer

Janeé Pelletier, a Certified Meeting Professional and Digital Event Strategist, has 15+ years as an association and government meeting professional in the education, medical, health care, and telecommunications industries. Janeé has extensive experience in managing conferences overseas, emergency preparedness, and working with high-profile VIPs, elected officials, and members of foreign governments. Before joining the C&LC team, Janeé served as the Director of Meetings & Conventions for a medical industry organization with more than 10,000 members worldwide.

Janeé is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), including serving as President of the PCMA Chesapeake chapter. She has presented at nearly a dozen meetings industry conferences including PCMA’s Convening Leaders, ASAE’s Great Ideas! Conference, and other regional and local events throughout the northeast. Janeé has been a featured author in ASAE’s Associations Now magazine as well as PCMA’s Convene magazine.

Janeé has an M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and a B.A. from Messiah College in Grantham, PA. She also serves as adjunct faculty at Howard Community College’s Center for Hospitality & Culinary Studies, where she teaches a 13-week course in event management.
