Janeé Pelletier, a Certified Meeting Professional and Digital Event Strategist, has more than a dozen years as an association and government meeting professional in the education, medical, health care, and telecommunications industries. Janeé has extensive experience in managing conferences overseas, emergency preparedness, and working with high-profile VIPs, elected officials, and members of foreign governments. Before joining the C&LC team, Janeé served as the Director of Meetings & Conferences a medical industry organization with more than 10,000 members worldwide.

Janeé is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), including serving as President of the PCMA Chesapeake chapter. She has presented at nearly a dozen meetings industry conferences including PCMA’s Convening Leaders, ASAE’s Great Ideas! Conference, and other regional and local events throughout the northeast. Janeé has been a featured author in ASAE’s Associations Now magazine as well as PCMA’s Convene magazine.

Janeé has an M.B.A. from the Johns Hopkins University’s Carey Business School and a B.A. from Messiah College in Grantham, PA. She also serves as adjunct faculty at Howard Community College’s Center for Hospitality & Culinary Studies, where she teaches a 13-week course in event management.
